Why use Mirown PDF watermark tool?

Mirown keeps the watermark workflow clear: upload a PDF, choose text or image, adjust the look, preview the position, and download. The page avoids unnecessary account screens and confusing settings, while still giving the controls people expect from a useful watermark tool.

A watermark can help mark a PDF as draft, sample, confidential, reviewed, paid, unpaid, copy, or branded with a company logo. Transparent and rotated watermarks are especially useful because they can be visible without covering the document too strongly.

Text watermark tips

Use short words like Draft, Sample, Confidential, Approved, Paid, or your brand name. Increase opacity if the watermark is too light, reduce opacity if it covers the document too much, and use rotation for a professional diagonal watermark style.

Image/logo watermark tips

Use a clean PNG or JPG logo. Transparent PNG logos usually look best. Resize the image so it does not hide important document content, lower opacity for a softer brand mark, and drag it to a corner or center depending on how visible you want it to be.

Privacy and safe use

This tool is designed to process supported PDFs in your browser. Mirown does not provide upload-based storage for this workflow. Keep your original PDF, review the downloaded watermarked file, and avoid using any online tool for documents that require special legal, financial, medical, or confidential handling unless you are comfortable with the browser workflow.

Important limits

Very large PDFs, encrypted PDFs, damaged files, unusual embedded objects, or low-memory devices can affect browser performance. For important documents, always open the final PDF and confirm that the watermark appears correctly on the pages before sending, printing, signing, or sharing it.
